As we welcome the fresh breath of spring here in Shetland, it feels like the warmth and sunshine are finally casting away the chill of winter. In our greenhouse, we’ve noticed that many of our seeds are diligently pushing through the soil. It’s a beautiful sight to see those tiny green shoots reaching for the sky! Soon enough, it will be time to start sowing outdoors. We’re planning lots of delicious vegetables that’ll hopefully thrive during the warmer months. From hearty tomatoes to crunchy carrots, we can’t wait to fill our plates with the bounty from our garden!

Exciting News: Our New Quad Bike

In other exciting news, we’re thrilled to announce that our new quad bike is set to arrive any day now! This little motorized gem will be invaluable for getting around our farm. With it, we'll be able to prepare the fields swiftly for the anticipated arrival of our sheep later this year. The thought of powering through the rolling hills and breezy fields on this new four-wheeler has us grinning from ear to ear. On sunny days ahead, we can’t wait to explore the pasturelands with ease!
